Lately, I have been obsessed with my bed. I already own an ivory-colored blanket, but I had different colored sheets.

I changed out the sheets today to some ivory ones...and now I am sleeping in a pool of sweet cream -- the ivory microfleece blanket is sandwiched between the duvet and the cream flat sheet:

This house is exceedingly dry. I don't know what it is, because I am just a little over 9 miles from the beach now and the air should be more humidified (I was about 15 miles from the ocean before) or something...but it's not. Okay, I skipped a couple days' worth of work on the bathroom renovation, but that's just posting the photos online. I did manage to take pictures daily. Now I can play catch up, and post the important ones.

So on Day 3, they put up the tile on the walls around the tub. They didn't put the smaller tile (the trim) around the middle, though:

I know this is going to get really boring, really soon, but here's Day 2 of Bathroom #1's Transformation. Today, the workers put in the floor tiles and plastered up the wall, preparing it for more tile application. We're getting the two bathrooms at my house remodeled. This is the beginning of a total revamp of our entire house.
